Resources
Here is a list of the resources that I use for research. I must stress the point that not all the information in all of these resources is accurate and scriptural. The Spirit spoke to my spirit one time and said to "Never believe everything that any man has to say", we must put the source to the test and rely on the Holy Spirit to discern the truth. I am just as fallible as any one else. I have however, in all of my studies, applied this truth and we all need to do so. Even our most trusted friends and preachers may sometimes err in their teachings. Please apply this to all your studies, not just to my teachings, which you should do, but to everything that we encounter in life.
1) Strongs Exhaustive Concordance: with Hebrew, Chaldee and Greek dictionaries - Hendrickson Publishing, by James Strong -- a must have for research.
2) New Revised Standard Version Bible with Apocrypha: by Oxford University Press -- Great for the Bible plus Apocrypha in one book.
3) The Apocrypha: by Edgar Goodspeed. The books in this edition are in the Septuagint version of Jesus' day, and were included in the first editions of the King James version until 1885. The only exceptions are the Book of Enoch, quoted by Jude and referred to by the early church, the Book of Jasher, a chronological account of creation through Moses and more. It is much more detailed in the accounts than in the Pentateuch. It is also referred to in Joshua 10:13 and in 2 Samuel 1:18. This book is available through Dr. Gene Scott's web site.
4) The Interlinear Bible: Hebrew-Greek to English, including Strongs numbers. Great for ease of research when comparing the original text and literal translation with Strong's standard. by Hendrickson Pub. ISBN# 0913-573-30-2.
5) "And Enoch also Prophesied" The Book of Enoch: Quoted by the New Testament writers. Available through Dolores Press Inc. Visit Dr. Gene Scott's web site to obtain.
6) Jasher, The Upright Record. Referred to in Joshua 10:13 and 2 Samuel 1:18. Available through Dolores Press Inc. Visit Dr.Gene Scotts website to obtain.
7) Jubilees: Also available through Dolores Press Inc. Visit Dr.Gene Scotts website to obtain.
8) The Nag Hamadi Library: James M. Robinson editor. This is a collection of the early Gnostic Scripture that is available. Harper Collins Publishers ISBN# 0-06-066935-7.
9) The Lost Books of the Bible and the Forgotten Books of Eden. A compilation of many different books, some of which are very much God inspired and should be considered Scripture. There are however others that raise too many problems if they are to be taken literally, we need to take these with a grain of salt, let the Holy Spirit discern, but don't avoid the book because there may be parts that aren't inspired. 10) The Complete works of Josepheus:" The father of history" Great for Historical unbiased research. Kregel Publications ISBN# 0-8254-2952-8.
11) The Great Pyramid Decoded:by E.Raymond Capt. : An excellent book for the beginning Great Pyramid enthusiast. Not all of the conclusions are correct, however the diagrams and research is impeccable. Available through Dolores Press Inc. Visit Dr.Gene Scotts website to obtain.
12) The Great Pyramid-It's Divine Message: by D.Davidson and H.Aldersmith. This book originally intended to refute the Divine message and messianic connections, they wrote probably the most convincing evidence, proving the Validity of the message within the Great Pyramid. Intense research on this subject. ISBN# 1-56459-116-6.
13) The Gospel in the Stars: by Joseph A. Seiss - Great synopsis of the Gospel message that God put in the heavens. Kregel Publications ISBN# 0-8254-3755-5.
14) The Glory of the Stars: by E.Raymond Capt. Available through Dolores Press, Inc. visit Dr.Gene Scotts website to obtain.
15) 5-5-2000: by Richard W. Noone. Very interesting study including a lot of scientific evidence pointing to soon coming catastrophic events on this earth.
16) Ages in Chaos: by Emmanuel Velikovsky- Amazing. Great for research and Apologetics studies, proving up the validity of the Biblical accounts of strange events happening on the earth. Buccaneer ISBN# 0-89966-727-9.
17) Worlds in Collision: by Emmanuel Velikovsky- Awesome..Ditto to all of the above. Buccaneer ISBN# 0-89966-785-6.
18) The Monuments of Mars: by Richard Hoagland- Here is proof of a Face, Pyramids and more on mars, here are the facts that NASA don't want you to know. Frog Ltd. ISBN# 1-883319-30-7.
19) C.S.Lewis: Read everything you can find from this man. Mere Christianity, The Screwtape Letters, The Chronicles of Narnia, just to name a few.
20) Morals and Dogma of the ANCIENT AND ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE of FREEMASONRY by Albert Pike. ISBN#;1-56459-275-8 I don't recommend the casual reader to buy this one. The Teaching in this book is very misleading and deceptive.
21) The Lost Keys of Freemasonry by Manly P. Hall ISBN#; 0-89314-838-5 Same feelings as above. Unless being used for teaching the truth, these books should be kept Locked Up.
22) Atlantis: The Antediluvian World by Ignatius Donnelly ISBN# 0-517-49002-1 Great resource for evidence proving Atlantis' existence. Recommended buy for everyone.
23) The Bermuda Triangle by Charles Berlitz: Doubleday Publishers ISBN# 0-385-04114-4 Awsome book to use for Atlantis studies. Highly Recommended.
24) The New View Over Atlantis by John Mitchell ISBN# 0-500-27312-x Interesting reading and lots of research. I don't buy into some of his conclusions but I do recommend this book for the research within.
25) America B.C. by Barry Fell ISBN# 0-671-67974-0 This is an awsome work on the ancients of America. Supports theory's of Atlantis with some of his conclusions. Highly Recommended.
26) Mysteries of the Ancient America's Readers Digest ISBN# 0-89577-183-7 Great Resource for studying the Ancient America's. Highly Recommended.
27) The Traditions of Glastonbury, by E. Raymond Capt ISBN#
0-934666-10-5; also available through Dolores Press, Glendale Ca.
